It makes sense for him to go back, though. In Indy Lights, he'll be more competitive, and if he can win the title then he gets the scholarship money to go run IndyCar.

I kinda like the new name for the Indy Pro 2000 Series. With Mazda's financial support gone there was no need to keep them in the title.
I am surprised to see Zachary Claman De Melo slip back down the ladder. However, as already mentioned, he will be conpetitive and a championship title would probably aid him in being full time IndyCar in 2020.
I mean...Conor Daly, RC Enerson, Matt Brabham among others should come back to lights. If Elliott Sadler could make a lucrative career out of dropping to Xfinity, these guys should do Lights one more time. Just try it.
