Why would KD join the Packers when they're one of the worst teams in the league without Rodgers?
Anyway that was an incredible game. Two nights in a row we got to watch all-time great QBs have vintage clutch performances in prime time. Sad that 90% of what I'm seeing on social media is everyone taking this opportunity to prop Brady and Rodgers against each other. It is possible to appreciate both of them, you know.

I assumed the all-time great you were talking about was CJ Beathard. He's a legend.

Nathan Peterman averages one interception every 10 passes he attempts. That is 11% of all his throws so far in his career. Tom Brady can throw 1,000 straight interceptions, and Nathan Peterman would still have a higher interception percentage.

Peterman has a passer rating of 16.7 (out of 158.3) this year. Out of 56 players who have attempted a pass in 2018, he ranks 55th. The only guy behind him is Detroit backup QB Matt Cassel (2.8). For comparison, the lowest-rated passer who is currently qualified (at least 14 pass attempts per game) is Peterman's teammate Josh Allen, at 61.8. His Total QBR (out of 100) is 6.6, putting him 54th/65. The only QBs behind him are DeShone Kizer, Chase Daniel, Matt Cassel & Geno Smith (but he's run 38 plays, none of them have run more than 9.) The lowest Total QBR for any qualified player is 28.8, by Tyrod Taylor. Additionally, Peterman has a "points added" differential (how many points the player adds or subtracts from his team) of -8.0, ranking him 62nd/65 passers. The only players below him in that category are Jimmy Garoppolo (-8.5), Case Keenum (-9.6) & Josh Allen (-13.3). The leader in that category is Pat Mahomes, at 31.7 points added.

Does any team get as consistently bailed out by wide open receivers like the Eagles do? Literally every single time I watch them there's always one guy who has nobody within five yards of them. Especially on third downs. Tell me more about how great Wentz is though.

Redskins > Patriots?

The Cowboys just gave up a first round pick for a slightly worse version of Dez Bryant. Wow.

The Cowboys just gave up a first round pick for a slightly worse version of Dez Bryant. Wow. Try a slightly better version. Since 2015, Bryant has 3.9 RPG, 53.6 YPG & 0.4 TPG. In that same time, Cooper has 4.3 RPG, 61.2 YPG & 0.4 TPG. Cooper is also 6 years younger than Bryant. I still don't agree with the trade at all, but don't act like re-signing Dez would've helped the team more.

If he can return to that form then it won't be a horrible trade (still, a first round pick though?) And yeah obviously they weren't gonna re-sign Dez but oh the irony of trading for a guy with drop issues after cutting Dez because he had drop issues.

I still don't respect him as a person, but Adrian Peterson should be a virtual lock for Comeback Player of the Year at this point. And considering all the good QBs and Carson Wentz who came back from serious injuries, that's saying a lot.
