I really hope the 9 team stays in business. If that means they have to run Cup guys in it, I'm not happy about it, but it's better than shutting it down. Ideally, I'd like them to hire someone like Cassill, McMurray or Bayne, but that's all dependent on sponsorship. It would also be kind of cool to see Jeffrey Earnhardt in that car, just so we could see what he can actually do in competitive equipment for one year.

If the #9 becomes an all-star car, that's probably what Dale Jr. would drive at Darlington (if he drives there). Edit: I forgot to mention that it would be renumbered #88 then. |

Yeah, Junior might drive the full-time all-star car (if there is one) or a part-time car (if there's no all-star car or someone else is driving it), but either way, it would almost certainly be the #88. |

I hope John Hunter can get a competitive full-time Xfinity ride next year, but if he can't, I'd like to see him run the 2nd CGR car part-time and then run for another team (like a JDM) part-time to try to make the playoffs.
