Sounds like he may be headed to a full-time ride in the Xfinity Series next season, driving the #08 Chevrolet for SS Green Light Racing as a replacement for Spencer Boyd.

I'll wait to see the package in action next year before making an official judgement, but it does sound kind of dumb to have the cup cars be easier to drive than the Xfinity cars.

This is what I was saying yesterday. This new package will only work when the drivers don't have to lift (see: Xfinity Indy, Cup All-Star Race.) If the drivers are lifting, it will produce boring, single-file racing (actually, probably worse than we had yesterday. See: Xfinity Pocono.)

It would be cool to see a race in Utah. I think the more states we can hit, the better.

News of Kurt Busch going to Ganassi, though he currently drives the #41 which used to be Ganassi's number, always makes me think of this day:

If Kurt didn't get a ride with someone he'd burned bridges with before, he wouldn't get a ride ever. I know it's funny though, but I guess 15 years is enough to forgive and forget those incidents.

That would be an interesting place for IndyCar to go too also. If NASCAR ever considered going there, would they use one of the smaller courses(2.2 miles) or the outer track(3.1 miles)?

Since the West series used the Outer course I would assume Xfinity or Cup would as well. I really like the layout of the outer course.

I hope they can try to get on the Truck Series schedule in 2020. It would be nice to see them return to the KNPSW & WSCC, which have both hosted races there in the past.
